Through our 30-day, rent-free, rolling lease model we connect vacant commercial property with a spectrum of emerging businesses looking to test their business idea in a property via a short-term, rent-free lease. This helps revitalise urban areas both socially and economically. Renew Adelaide also provides free commercial leasing sessions to support entrepreneurs interested in learning how to negotiate a commercial lease.
