ANIMALS moves through dance, script, video, and play in order to create moments that question human actions and the stability of the real. We create and then subvert audience expectations, using irreverence and incongruity as tools to re-frame situations, ideas and behaviors, allowing us to reappraise them from new perspectives. We strive to invent a new methodology for each production, allowing the aesthetic to be dictated by the content of the project, borrowing tools from various performance disciplines, visual arts practices, and scientific procedures
