InterCounty Supply - ICS - is a plumbing, heating and Air Conditioning supply house open to the trades as well as to retail customers and homeowners. ICS is an expanded version of Border Sales which has been a fixture in Westchester County for over 60 years. In 1986 William “Bill” Owen purchased Border Sales and quickly expanded the business to Northern Westchester with the opening of our location in Bedford Hills. Bill Owen passed away in June of 2016 and his son Phil is now the managing owner of ICS. ICS has always been and always will be a supplier to plumbing and heating contractors throughout the NY Metro area. The goal here at ICS is always to support our contractors with value driven, affordable equipment and supplies as well as with training, education and new technology programs. We want to help our customers to be effective, efficient and profitable.
