Mind in West Essex is your local mental health charity in West Essex. We offer a range of services including fee-paying counselling, peer support, crisis support, training, children and young people schools support, online support groups and more. We believe that with the appropriate support everyone has the potential to take steps that will improve their quality of life. We support people of West Essex affected by mental ill health, and the people around them, to take these steps. We aim to achieve this by providing a range of focused activities and opportunities. We are committed to finding ways of developing these activities in a way that makes them easy accessible and responsive to the needs of the local population. Mind in West Essex are member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy BACP and adhere to its Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy and Professional Conduct Procedure.
