Citizens Association for Child Rights ‘CACR’ is a non-profit organization based in Mumbai. Its main focus is to improve the overall quality of education in the Municipal Corporation Schools of Mumbai. The CACR team and board members come from diverse streams ranging from Electronics to Fine Arts and comprise of Activists, Authors, RTI experts, Doctors, Technocrats, and Educationalists. We at CACR believe that we need to hand-hold and partner the existing Municipal Education System to activate government schemes and ensure that programs are implemented effectively. We have over a 100 volunteers in various areas of Mumbai (and more joining in this social responsibility). CACR hopes that every citizen participates in ensuring that all children receive free and quality education.
