Many relocation support services address the logistical problems of housing and schools, but they cannot bring the expatriate perspective unique to our staff. Our multicultural, multilingual office and consulting staff mirrors our client base and facilitates easy communication with our expatriate clients, Japanese Human Resources personnel and local vendors. Tokyo Orientations recognizes the diversity of our expatriate clientele and mirrors that diversity in our office staff and consultant base. Affinity is a key factor in communications with assignees and HR dept. The assignee immediately feels at ease knowing that our staff intimately understand their situation and concerns.
