Affective a family based civil engineering business was formed in 1984 and based in Wollongong, NSW. The organization has since expanded and now employs over 200 staff locally and is involved in all aspects of civil engineering covering domestic commercial and industrial requirements for demolition, asbestos removal, earthmoving, site decontamination and site remediation, recycling, plant hire, heavy and bulk haulage, hook & skip bin hire, traffic management, and dust control. We provide you with all the services from the planning and design to council approvals, demolition of existing structures, bulk and detailed excavation, site decontamination & remediation, shoring, shotcrete, plant hire, hook & skip bin hire, quarry and recycled materials, rock sawing, asbestos removal. We hold Class 1 Unrestricted Work cover approved license for demolition and AS1 asbestos removal. Our OHS Management System complies with the requirements of AS/NZS 4801:2001 and OHSAS 18001:2007. This registration covers the Occupational Health and Safety Management system for Civil, Demolition, Haulage, Plant and Equipment Hire, Asbestos and Hazardous Materials Removal, Site Remediation, Handling and Haulage of Dangerous Goods. Our organisation has a large resource base in people, experience, equipment and materials.
