EatCO2 is a Danish company, founded in Copenhagen in 2020 during the Covid-19 closure. The vision behind the company is to increase the focus on sustainability in Europe. We seek to create a new standard that influences consumers to think more sustainably in everyday life when they shop or go to a restaurant. We hope to be a contributing force in achieving the European Commission's goal of positioning Europe as the world's first Climate-Positive Continent by 2050. We have developed a method that makes it possible to Micro-compensate for the carbon footprint in individual food products and combined meals. In its simplicity, this means that we, in kilos, grams and milligrams, have the ability to counteract the negative climate impact in connection with production, preparation etc.
