Our proposal is to maximize patient engagement with a smart medical appointment confirmation service, which improves health care management, and increases medical care effectiveness while empowering patients to manage their health more effectively. The platform benefits the medical practice and patients through innovative communication strategies. AppLivio’s key innovation is its multi-objective machine learning; our algorithm will predict the ideal communication strategy needed to ensure a successful outreach based on effective patterns of patient appointment-keeping behaviors. AppLivio streamlines patient-centric communications thereby empowering patients to manage the appointments part of their health and treatment process. It also improves operation effectiveness results, enhancing the doctors’ productivity and ability to treat a larger number of patients, thereby, reducing excessive no-shows, long wait times, poor medical practice retention and loss of revenues. Consequently, staff productivity is maximize towards better quality of service and medical center revenues.
