Real Property & Energy Solutions has established far more energy-related opportunities for commercial property owners, by obtaining additional licenses and certifications for our staff, enabling us to offer turn-key energy solutions that include solar panel design and installation, Near-Zero and Net-Zero benchmarking, and program oversight and performance for the various state and county C-PACE (Commercial-Property Assessed Energy) programs.
