Mujtaba NP Clinics is an affiliate of “Mujtaba NP in Family Health”, “Mujtaba NP Walk In Clinic”, & “Mujtaba CNM Women’s Health”. Kay Mujtaba, PharmD, was a licensed pharmacist who had moved to the United States from Pakistan in 1978. Following her meeting with her husband, Dr. Gholam Mujtaba, in the boroughs of New York City, the two dedicated their lives to serving the healthcare needs of the community. Their primary community of service was Queens specifically the areas of Corona, Elmhurst and Flushing. With the entrants of the second generation, their practice was transformed to present day Mujtaba NP in Family Health. After more than 40 years of deep roots in the community, the family continues to carry on the traditions of Dr. Gholam and Kay Mujtaba.
