STA 2000 srl was born in 1988 of an industrial project by the President Franco Galassi, who had gained professional experience in the Methods - Engineering - Mould Design divisions of Alfa-Romeo, Fiat, Leyland Borg&Beck. Specialised i design and development of products on behalf of thied parties and with the participation of youg engineers, the company began making prototypes in a plant of 700sqm using laser cutting and CNC bending. In the 1998 the Company expanded its facilities to 3,700 sqm adding the Design, Mould Construction, Sheet Metal Forming, Welding and Assembly departments.
