Media Chicas is an organization with the mission of bridging the gender digital divide by empowering women and working as a hybrid through training in technology and data science, development of soft skills and promotion of the entrepreneurial spirit. The organization was born in 2015 with a year-over-year growth that allowed us to train more than 3000 women, provide opportunities, generate an ecosystem and continue designing various training programs providing knowledge in technologies, events development such as innovation laboratories / hackathons / datacamp / exhibitions that allow women to network as a network and undertake technology-based activities, in addition to participating in research and designing campaigns. MC is part of various national and international alliances because we believe in synergy and the network as a tool for change, for which we work with organizations, communities, governments and companies. We support various companies to ensure that our activities reach more women for free and provide opportunities. Throughout these years together with a team of specialists in technology, communication and gender, we have designed different projects with our alliances that allowed us to measure impact on companies and government.
