Extra Red is born from the System Integration business unit of Extra that started working on Middleware solutions on open source technologies that were later acquired and adopted by Red Hat. This ended up in an inevitable partnership between Extra and Red Hat and throughout the years of collaboration Extra scaled up and became Advanced Business Partner of Red Hat. Extra Red was born to further specialize on System Integration and extend the offerings by covering a 360 degree digital transformation. This added the skills, competences and technologies ranging from Business process management, business rules management, public and private cloud services and cloud deployment of traditional applications to the companies portfolio. Extra Red plans to continue the path towards growth with Red Hat and establish itself, more than before as a system integrator partner both for Red Hat and for its customers. Extra Red launched Red Cloud, the very first all-italian Cloud-as-a-Service for SME, in collaboration with TIM and Red Hat.
