DB Engineering, LLC was founded in November of 2008 by Ms. Rachel A. Doba as a Woman-owned Business Enterprise (WBE) providing engineering consulting services. Currently headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, DB Engineering provides civil/site, water/wastewater, and transportation engineering services and is certified as a WBE in the State of Indiana and the City of Indianapolis.
