Supporting vocational training in the skilled crafts with commitment – this is the task of the ZWH Central Agency for Continuing Vocational Education and Training in the Skilled Crafts since 1998 The Central Agency for Continuing Vocational Education and Training in the Skilled Crafts (ZWH) is a nationwide active service provider for all skilled crafts educational institutions. It is supported by the chambers of skilled crafts, the regional associations and the German Confederation of Skilled Crafts. The rapid change in technology, economics and society, and the trends towards inter-trade services require enormous flexibility and adaptability from many skilled crafts companies. In order to manage quick changes, the skilled crafts need adequate training strategies. To small and medium-sized enterprises needs-based further trainings are very important to maintain performance and competitiveness. The ZWH (Central Agency for Continuing Vocational Education and Training in the Skilled Crafts) is a company certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.
