ITAC Services was founded by Retired Federal Agent Russel Ricalde, former Team Leader of the United States Department of Homeland Security SWAT Team and former Instructor with Department of State, Diplomat Security Service, Mobile Security Division. With experience in international and domestic operations and other specialties related to executive protection, security, and investigations. ITAC stands for Integrated Threat Assessment Consulting. ITAC uses a complete approach to personal security, welfare and survival. Each program, whether designed for the individual, corporation, or other entity, will encompass all aspects of safety.
