MISSION We are passionate about creating aesthetic and functional designs based on traditional practical design and fundamental principles, merged with a creative use of both new and old materials. We work with sustainable principles in harmony with the phyiscal environment and believe architecture can contribute greatly to society. We acknowledge we are part of a service industry and as innovators we must still provide for the practical needs of our clients (fit for purpose). We believe our commitment to excellence in design and service is attested to by our 23 years ongoing relationship with the Catholic Education Office of Western Australia spanning over a total of 40 primary and secondary schools including regional work. COMPANY OVERVIEW The original company Julius Elischer and Partners Pty Ltd was formed in April 1987. It's present name was assumed in 1996 when the remaining two partners split and Mr Alis Santelli continued with the business under its present name of Santelli Architects Pty Ltd. The company consists of two working Directors, Mr Alis A. Santelli RAIA and Mrs Anne S. Santelli, Finance Manager. Our recently employed graduates, alongside experienced senior staff, ensure we are able to offer cutting edge design and planning solutions whilst retaining the personalized service which we consider to be fundamental to our company's successful move into the future.
