We are Stevedores, Port Agents and Freight Forwarders based in the east coast UK ports of Grimsby and Immingham. The company has been providing quality shipping services in the ports of Grimsby and Immingham since being founded by Arthur Smith in 1936. Frozen cargo was first handled in 1947 and temperature controlled products have been a major part of the business since then. Fresh and frozen fish, meat, vegetables, fruit and fruit juices from all over the world have been handled in Grimsby and Immingham. Involvement in the timber trade spans 60 years and covers agency, stevedoring and forwarding operations. A weekly LCL/FCL service for general cargo to and from the Faroe Islands is operated via Immingham. Haulage is arranged throughout the UK and Ireland for those with door to door requirements. Freight Forwarding operations cover imports and exports of a wide variety of commodities from and to all parts of the Globe. Haulage, cold storage and dry storage are also provided in addition to the stevedoring, port agency and freight forwarding services.
