Through mentoring, skill building, and networking events we promote accessibility, inclusivity, and solidarity. Rotman Commerce Women in Business' mission is to aid in the personal and professional development of young women and to empower them with confidence to succeed in the business world. Our mission for the 2020-2021 year is to host innovative and educational events that will help individuals develop skills that are essential to their success. Our events will help them prepare for interviews, teach them how to network and provide them with useful skills that they can use inside and outside of the classroom.
