The Indonesia-ITU Concern Forum (IICF) was established as a form of concern and understanding that Indonesia should better be able to take advantage of the ICT and telecommunications in the broadest way to raise the national dignity and competitiveness in the regional and global competition. As mandated by its Constitution, IICF will actively play its role in those issues to disseminate and to encourage the usefulness of ICT and Telecommunication with reference to ITU outcomes as well as to actively contribute in the ITU. The activities that will be conducted are in the form of discussions, conferences, studies, trainings and socializations in cooperation with other party. The IICF is an organization located in Indonesia, subject to Indonesian law with the number AHU2.AH.01.04.CN-189, non-profit, non-political and open to the highest priority for members of Indonesian citizenship. The Indonesia-ITU Concern Forum (IICF) or Forum Penggiat Indonesia-ITU (FPII) has been approved by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of Indonesia, September 24th, 2014. The IICF aims to uphold the interests of the Republic of Indonesia, become a partner of the Government, and other parties of the country, based on scientific and objective analysis to help improve understanding, and development of ICT and active participation of Indonesia in ITU. For organizational management, IICF is guided by the Articles of Association / by-Laws (AD / ART).
