Maredi Thema Leadership Institute (MTLI) is a flagship project that aims to create an unapparelled and unapologetic space where people from different walks of life can authentically build the confidence to challenge the vertical and traditional notions about life, purpose and significance. The Maredi Thema Leadership Institute (MTLI) will be a place where people will be able to create a refined and distinctive plan for reviving their legacy projects and approach to life. Our goal is to dismantle the pedagogy of the orthodox leadership statement and reconstruct it with more deepened meaning and rootedness of purpose driven type of leadership. Every single person regardless of the circumstances of their birth is born with a God given talent, gift and purpose that is meant to be a light that shines in the darkness of the world. This gift is what I believe is our leadership mantle, an enabler that not only directs our path but also a key that catalyses our growth and deepens the impact of our lives Leadership for me is not about position or status it is about purpose and service. It is calling that rooted in the greatness that resides within all of us. It is an extraordinary calling that asks more from us than our vocations and careers, it asks us to be true to ourselves, to live our lives with authenticity and genuineness so that we can be used in the service of a higher and greater good. We , however live in a world that rarely encourage us to shine the light that resides within us , which is the greatest source of our strength, power and our best value offering.
