Many that have or will become displaced, homeless or otherwise unwanted are also living in homes whereas the standards are not healthy and oftentimes become increasingly difficult and eventually an impossibility for even the most well intentioned people who have more heart than space, revenue or helping hands to meet just the most basic needs of their flock.
