Our purpose built 24 hour bakery and kitchens are located 0.5km from the apron entrance of Shannon Airport, Co Clare. EFG In-Flight Catering has been in operation June 2007. Our company founders, Ean Malone (Managing Director) and Fiona Barry (Financial Director) have over 20 years’ experience in the in-flight catering business.
