Founded in 2017, our mission is to provide leaders and emerging leaders with resources to promote diversity and champion a culture of inclusion within their own organizations and Austin at large. As a member of the Austin Community Foundation, we're working with other groups within the Austin community with a vision to create a network of professionals working together to create long-lasting culture changes -- through a platform for advocacy, development, and support -- to better themselves, their organizations and their community.
