Albert de Montaubert France Albert de Montaubert combines tradition and modernity as no other Cognac does: Although the Brand was created more than ten years ago by Pierre Barrier, the Cognacs of Albert de Montaubert looking back at centuries of history as they are produced by one of the oldest Cognac house, la Maison Tercinier. The family history in Saintonge, goes back to 1480, and started to distil its Cognacs since 1850. The grapes come from family owned wine yard. Pierre Barrier, who is a member of the Maison Tercinier would like to get his Cognacs and Armagnacs well known outside of France, under a new name and with a new look. Over almost twenty years, he has brought the spirit of French Cognac and Armagnac to many cognac lovers in the world, covering the Europe, America and recently Asia.
