Tunicate meat for human consumption is already considered a delicacy in Sweden. Pronofa's subsidiary company Marine Taste has launched products such as Umami fond, Umami crème, Sjöpung Tonic, hamburgers, and minced meat which have become popular among chefs and gourmands.
