Haven Health’s family of healthcare services are provided in the patient’s home as an alternative to an extended stay in a hospital or other facility. Patients receiving their medical care in the home may be recuperating from an illness, or facing an uncertain medical future, or needing end–of–life care. Under the direction of the patient’s physician, our team of qualified professionals and support staff incorporates the patient’s family into a comprehensive plan of care designed to meet goals for the patient’s greatest potential.
