HICHAM FARES DESIGNS office was founded in 1998 as an extension to Dr. Farouk Fares’s office, for the completion of some projects with the Supreme Council of Antiquities, as a restoration consultant. Architect Hicham, the founder of HICHAM FARES DESIGNS started with water colors illustrations to several architectural & interior design offices in Egypt, such as; “CDC”,“IDS”,“ IDA” and “Living in Interiors” that was side to side with some small scale projects; such as residential buildings, villas & factories, as well as the interior design for some villas, duplexes, apartments, offices & retails. HICHAM FARES DESIGNS contributed in the design of large scale projects and competitions in Canada & Africa, with two firms; SCALE & DCA Studio. Later in 2012 during the political conflict in Egypt,HICHAM FARES DESIGNS worked under the umbrella of DCA Studio and had the opportunity to design several outstanding projects (Hotels, Floating hotels and restaurants, Luxury palaces, Spas and Gyms) Finaly in mid 2014 Hicham Fares decided to re-launch HICHAM FARES DESIGNS and is looking forward to making its talents and efforts a tool in the development of Egypt and the Middle East region. HICHAM FARES DESIGNS runs different projects scales, from the pre-design phase all the way to construction documents and site supervision during the construction phase.
