FLO offers two low impact but high intensity activities. FLO yoga is a rhythmic, music-driven experience that takes place in room temp, warm or hot settings. Cycling classes are energetic rides in our soundproofed room with concert quality lighting and sound. If you can't decide between the two, try our FLO Fusion classes which combine 30 mins of cycling with 30 mins of yin or flow yoga. All of our classes are designed to promote safety, longevity, and fun! Giving back is a core value at FLO. As part of our FLO it Forward Program, every Tuesday night we'll offer one cycling class and one yoga class at half price. Get yourself a spot on a bike or mat and 100% of the proceeds will go to our selected charity for that quarter.
