Struggle in life can take many forms. I specialise in helping people who are experiencing challenges associated with a mental health problem or disorder, have received a diagnosis of a neurological condition, or have experienced an injury that has resulted in neurological dysfunction. With a background in neuroscience, I bring a unique understanding of the nervous system to the counselling process. I believe that understanding how your brain is orchestrating your thinking and behaviour is incredibly empowering at any age. Understanding what is happening in your body and mind gives you more control over the choices you make and the way you move forward.
