His business partner, Matt Ellingham - also a recent relocatee (back) to Whanganui, is a keen and competent baker with the same passion for creating healthy, delicious sourdough. Matt also has the skills and resources required to start and run a successful business, with a varied career history which has taken him around the world, and an enthusiasm for entrepreneurship.
