SourBros bakery is a sourdough bread project delivering authentic artisan loaves to the Whanganui area. Operating a stones-throw from Whanganui’s main street, we concentrate on selling wholesale to cafes, restaurants and delis in the Whanganui township while also operating a weekly stall at the Riverside Market. With 5 years of artisan baking experience, John Wilson is a confident, adaptable baker and manager. His business partner, Matt Ellingham - also a recent relocatee (back) to Whanganui, is a keen and competent baker with the same passion for creating healthy, delicious sourdough. Matt also has the skills and resources required to start and run a successful business, with a varied career history which has taken him around the world, and an enthusiasm for entrepreneurship.
