Partner Manager
About The Position
Lusha helps teams work smarter across systems by turning fragmented data into something usable. With a database of 200M+ contacts and customers, including Google, Figma, and Adobe, we plan to be a core part of the modern tech stack.
As we expand beyond sales teams into RevOps and operational roles, integrations, automations, and marketplaces are becoming a core growth lever, not a side project.
That’s why partnerships matter here.
The role
This role sits on Lusha’s Partnerships team and focuses on platform, marketplace, and automation partnerships.
You’ll work with companies like automation platforms, marketplaces, and referral partners, where Lusha can plug in deeply and create real workflow value. This role is key to expanding our network and driving revenue growth, directly contributing to Lusha's vision of revolutionizing the B2B industry.
This is not a sales role. Success here looks like strong integrations in-market, durable partner relationships, and real product impact.
What you’ll do
- Identify, evaluate, and validate high-impact partnership opportunities that align with Lusha’s strategic goals and growth priorities.
- Own and grow long-term ecosystem partnerships across marketplaces and automation platforms.
- Build strategic relationships that go beyond a single launch or listing with a strong referral network.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to shape integration strategy, workflows, and roadmap decisions.
- Bring structured partner feedback into product discussions and prioritization.
- Coordinate internally across Marketing, Legal, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to move partnerships forward.
- Track, measure, and analyze partner performance to assess impact, uncover insights, and recommend optimization strategies.
Requirements
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience building or managing platform, ecosystem, or technology partnerships in a SaaS environment
- Comfort working with product and engineering teams around integrations, APIs, marketplaces, or automations
- Strong business judgment and the ability to navigate internal politics, both at Lusha and at partner companies
- A collaborative mindset and patience for long-term value creation
- Clear communication and the ability to influence without authority
If your background is primarily closing deals or running sales motions, this role will likely feel frustrating. If you enjoy building leverage through ecosystems and partnerships that compound over time, it should feel familiar.
