Founded in 1977, Catalina Offshore Products is one of Southern California’s premier seafood purveyors. As a primary receiver of fresh fish and shellfish, we specialize mainly in wild and farmed species found up and down the U.S. West Coast and Baja, CA. When our company was founded nearly 40 years ago, it was based on bringing California sea urchin to the market via live product and processed uni trays. This continues to be a central item in our operation. Today our product line includes a wide range of sushi grade fish and high quality fresh and frozen seafood. In addition to wholesale and restaurants, we serve U.S. internet retail customers by providing fresh seafood shipped to their door. In 2012 we expanded our customer base even further by opening our walk-in fish market.
