Landmark Equipment traces its beginnings to 1941 when the Ben Griffin Tractor Company was founded in Dallas, Texas. In 1989 Michael Lyle began running the company and changed its name to Dallas Ford New Holland, Inc. He expanded to the north with a second location in McKinney, Texas in 1997, and four years later, the company had a new name ----Landmark Equipment. The third branch debuted in the west in Fort Worth, Texas in 2002, and the fourth was added to cover the area to the South of Dallas, in Waxahachie, Texas, Our 5th location Cleburne, Texas was open 2018. Corporate offices are located in Irving, Texas. Its five strategically located branches position Landmark Equipment to serve the entire Dallas/Fort Worth market and surrounding counties with quality rental equipment, New Holland AG and construction, Takeuchi, Sany construction, Cub Cadet, Hustler and Bad Boy mowers.
