Veteran Owned small (20 acre) farm just 15 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh and 10 minutes from Pittsburgh International Airport. The farm has been developing "Farm-As-A-Platform" utilizing IoT, Cloud and automation for a large percentage of the operations. Creation of an aquaponics center is currently being constructed which will allow controlled environmental agriculture (CEA) for 2019. Focus has been on sustainable practices including solar energy and food production. We offer sustainable locally grown produce, humanely raised pastured heritage breed livestock, and eggs from pasture raised chickens/ducks. We do not use commercial pesticides or herbicides and are positioning the farm to obtain industry certification for sustainable agriculture and humanely raised produce.
