The Orphan Organisation famously for their flagship campaign Dress An Orphan This Christmas which started in 2014 dresses +150 kids with brand new clothing each year. The primary goal of the organisation is to assist Orphanages with campaigning for financial & non-financial support and assist with administration to ensure compliance and accountability. As a result we have 7 campaigns to achieve our goal. The following are campaign we are running and will run • Dress An Orphan This Christmas- Annual Christmas campaign of getting our kids brand new clothes for the day, where we also have a combined Christmas celebration will all Orphanages • Uniform an Orphan- annual January campaign to get our kids schooling clothing including school shoes • Educate an orphan- a fundraising towards education fund for our kids from primary and high school needs including stationary, lunch or pocket money etc. and after school funding of higher education • Feed an Orphan- An ongoing campaign that focus on raising food items and groceries for the orphanages • Warm An Orphan- a annual winter campaign soliciting warm clothing including Jersey, sneakers, hats, gloves and blankets etc. • Mentor An Orphan- care giver do not have enough time to pay attention to each child hence mentor an orphan solicits for each individuals to adopt a child as a mentee to talk to her/him on an ongoing basis The biggest is 100000 Parents, a digital campaign raising 100000 individuals to annual pledge R10 minimum into taking care of Orphans. Our future dream is to build STABILITY HOMES that will house orphans after law excuse them from orphanage because of reaching 18 years but most of times still instable.
