The community aims to build a strong network of Africans in Africa and across the Diaspora to tap the collective professional networks and capabilities of Africans for Africa. The Shaping Africa podcast also highlights inspiring Africans that are Shaping Africa so that you can learn how to use your own skills and uniqueness to make a real impact on the continent. We are currently exploring the journey of returnees from the diaspora with a particular focus on lessons learned and how to effectively transition back to continent after a (long or short) stint abroad.
