Empathy For You is an intiative founded by Shalmali J. in 2018. E4U works in spreading awareness about mental health and suicide prevention. E4U achieves it's mission in three ways, Love - E4U collaborates with schools and colleges and conducts lectures/seminars on mental health. Support - E4U offers online counseling to people fighting depression/anxiety through social media handles. Empathy - E4U hosts letter writing meet ups wherein people get together and write letters for people going through difficult times. We belive in, "Just for goodness!"
