Our pay-as-you-go model, which only incurs costs if a placement is successful, means that our offering is completely risk-free for companies. To address the growing problem of a shortage of skilled workers in Germany, we have also launched the Max Academy project. This e-learning platform, which is free of charge for students, has the aim of countering the high dropout rates in STEM courses. By creating a company profile, we offer companies the opportunity to act as sponsors and position themselves sustainably among young STEM talents as supporters of free education.
