Lemon & Thyme is the creation of Sandeep Thandi & Dan Gilbert. Both a combined 35 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. Dan being the general manager of award-winning restaurant & wedding venue Langar Hall for over 9 years. Sandeep with extensive background & knowledge from his work within the hospitality recruitment industry, supplying staff to events such as Royal Ascot, Epson Derby, Nottingham Post Food & Drinks award to name a few. Sandeep has been taught his passion for Indian food by his Grandmother & Mum from a very young age. The ethos of Lemon & Thyme is to work closely with the client to create a bespoke catering service using local produce cooked with care & passion.
