Society of Entrepreneurs of Govind Ballabh Pant Institute of Engineering & Technology Pauri Garhwal, commonly known as SOE, is a student-run body that works towards promoting and encouraging the spirit of entrepreneurship in and around campus. We do this by regularly organizing workshops, seminars, business-plan competitions, guest talks and other similar events. We also regularly bring live projects to connect start ups and students to work on problems collaboratively. Our aim is : - Developing India’s next generation innovators ,entrepreneurs and change-makers. - To guide the finest technical innovations from GBPIET Pauri to a vibrant business concept and resource them to establish themselves as the country’s next ground breaking start-ups. - To inculcate the spirit of entrepreneurship among students of GBPIET Pauri and promote them to live their passion and develop excellence in it. - To network student enterprises from GBPIET Pauri to incubators, seed funds and angel investors all over the world and support them in all their endeavors. - To bring about partnerships from other frontier organisations in the field of entrepreneurship so that students get access to vast amount of resources. - To inspire more and more students to take up entrepreneurship as a career and become the role models for the coming generation of entrepreneurs from Uttarakhand. - To help students acquire necessary knowledge and skills, so that they can translate their vague ideas into a vibrant business proposal. - To connect with entrepreneurial leaders and innovators who are alumnus of GBPIET Pauri and engage them to foster the same passion and spirit in the current breed of students at GBPIET Pauri. - To leverage on its current resources and generate a huge pool of resources for the coming generations of innovators at GBPIET Pauri. SOE, GBPIET Pauri is looking for partnerships with firms in terms of live projects and sponsorships, and participation from students in its events and live.
