Stairway For Ballet is a Community Organization that strives to acknowledge and eliminate racism in the ballet world and community. We believe that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly through the actions of our initiative inclusive and representative ballet world. This includes our Step Program which provides free online ballet classes for elementary school students. This also includes podcasts, petitions, videos, and blogs that advocate for more diversity in ballet and the arts. Through dedication and these activities Stairway For Ballet emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support the racial justice community, and a desire for actions to speak louder than words for the arts.
