As well as providing a news and information platform for Liverpool Fans, LFCHK prides itself in been prolific fundraisers for various Liverpool and children related charities in Asia, Africa and the UK. Over the last few years, LFCHK have directly or in-directly help raise over £100,000 (US$145,000) for numerous charities and individuals in need, including supporting street and working kids in India, paying towards the funeral fees for a young Liverpool fan murdered in the Anfield area, helping a young local LFC fan who had a PC stolen, and more recently helping fund a burial plot and many more. The much of the money raised has gone to Jamie Carragher's 23 Foundation for which I am the Asian Ambassador. Jamie helps hundreds of children and families in need across Merseyside and beyond. LFCHK have taken the 23 Foundation's motto 'Giving Kids a Chance' a step further, by helping underprivileged, orphaned and street/working kids in Asia through its own social programs with the aid of local charities and Liverpool Supporters Group. LFCHK are also actively supporting some of the Hillsborough Justice groups and are trying our best to raise funds for the HJC and HFH. We have also helped numerous other charities and individuals in need, including the British Red Cross East Africa Appeal, British Heart Foundation, Joseph's Fund, Mcmillian Nurses and more.
