Highmoor ASH specialise in the project management and site supervision of the construction phase of major road improvement projects, operating in Northern Ireland. We have established good partnerships with Arup, AECOM and WSP since forming the company in 2011. We have agreements to supply key site staff to carry out specific duties conforming to the NEC forms of contract, bringing our own methodology to the tasks using highly experienced personnel. We have great flexibility as we select and bring in other consultants who expand or contract the staffing required quickly and without any long term liabilities. These consultants working as part of the Highmoor ASH team help us form a core team with unrivaled experience and ability. Using our experience of administrating contracts we have also contributed in the reviewing the content of contract documents and Works Information ahead of invitation for tender. We have also held lessons learnt discussions with other consultant engineering companies at the request of Transport Northern Ireland.
