Maitrayana's vision is to create a gender-equal society in which adolescent girls and women can exercise their rights. Maitrayana leverages the power of sport to create ecosystems that empower and enable 1. adolescent girls and young women will access their rights towards sexual reproductive health & GBV, economic justice, 2. families and communities to work together to encourage and support their daughters to access their rights and make decisions about their lives, and 3. the stakeholders in society to take measures to advance gender equality.
