Coaching Ontológico é um processo de aprendizagem baseado na Ontologia da Linguagem a qual foi desenvolvida por pensadores chilenos como Humberto Maturana, Rafael Echeverria e Fernando Flores. É uma conversa qualificada na qual a linguagem, além de descritiva, é também geradora de novas realidades a ponto de mudarmos a nossa maneira de observar o mundo. E é através da linguagem que auxiliamos o indivíduo a expandir sua potência de existir e dessa forma encontrar novos meios de alcançar um determinado objetivo. ______ Ontological Coaching is a learning process based on the Ontology of Language which was developed by some Chilean thinkers such as Humberto Maturana, Rafael Echeverria and Fernando Flores. It is a qualified conversation in which language, besides the fact that it has a descriptive angle, it is also generator of new realities and thus changing our particular way of observing the world. And it is through the language that we assist the individual to expand his power of existing and consequently find new other manners of achieving a certain goal.
