I offer 1:1 Dietitian consults for women at all stages of their pregnancy journey, from fertility support right through to pregnancy and postnatal/lactation nutrition. I also have the clinical expertise to work with women with nutrition-related health concerns, pregnancy-related or otherwise, including PCOS, Gestational Diabetes, T1DM and T2DM. As an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and a Mama myself, I’m passionate about helping other mamas and mamas-to-be nourish themselves and give their babies the best possible start to life.
