Colorado Marriott NextGen Business Council is a sub-council of the Colorado Marriott Business Council and is comprised of future Marriott leaders looking to advance in their career, gain exposure to senior leaders, develop their leadership skills, volunteer in their community, network, and strengthen their engagement. • NextGen is a place to share experiences, offer support, ask questions, discuss property and market issues, volunteer in the community, and grow your network. • NextGen also offers the opportunity to connect with Marriott leaders in the Denver area through the Denver Marriott Business Council. • We work with both Marriott Managed and Franchise properties in and around the Denver area. • Associates can be from any department. • For full service and resort properties, associates must be a supervisor or above to join the council. • For select-service and extended-stay properties associates of any level may join.
