Babi (Pork) Baseput (Fatty) meaning "Fatty Pork" comes from Dayak Ngaju language, one of the native tribes of Borneo Indonesia. Our signature menu such as Nasi Babi Goreng Lengkuas (Fried Pork with Galangal and Rice) served with Sambal Matah and Sambal Serai and Nasi Babi Goreng Rica (Spicy Fried Pork with Rice) cooks using combination of traditional recipes from Dayak, Batak, Bali, Manado, Jawa, etc that will bring you the richness of Indonesia's flavor.
